Job description

  • Generating ideas for events to engage with our audience and develop brand awareness.
  • Capturing the essence and purpose of events from users wishes and summarising them as workable objectives.
  • Planning events according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Preparing budgets, negotiating with partners, sponsors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the full event creation, preparation, participation, executions.
  • Following-up the events, analyse success and establish reports and learned lessons.
  • Coordinate with social media, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Events animation catalysing the involvement of all participants and measuring their satisfaction.

Required skills

1.  Min. Bachelor's Degree ("Bac+3/4") with focus on Marketing, Event Management or similar discipline.

2.  Experience in Event Management.

3.  Extrovert and positive personality.

4.  Autonomous, self-starter, able to multitask and work with different teams and, above all, able to match deadlines.

5.  Flexible in time management as necessary to manage events outside office hours (late evenings, weekends).

6.  Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter.

7.  Fluent in multiple languages: Luxembourgish, German, French, English.

8.    Driver's license (Class B).

9.    EU citizenship or valid Luxembourg work permit.
