Luxe Taste & Style, the independent publisher behind KACHEN and REESEN, is seeking a skilled digital strategist to lead our digital platforms and content. The ideal candidate will combine technical know-how with editorial sensitivity, and thrive in a multilingual, high-quality media environment.
Languages are essential. You must be able to handle French, German and English in a professional context (spoken and written). Fluency in at least two is required, and strong working knowledge of the third is essential. Luxembourgish is a clear asset.

Your responsibilities
Digital strategy & website management
- Develop and implement a digital strategy with measurable KPIs
- Oversee and optimise our WordPress websites (structure, plugins, functionality, content hierarchy)
- Ensure seamless UX, mobile responsiveness, SEO implementation and technical performance
- Drive qualified traffic through social, organic and referral channels
Analytics & optimisation
- Manage digital tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Analyse traffic, behaviour and engagement to identify trends and opportunities
- Produce actionable reports and adapt content and marketing strategies accordingly
- Support funnel optimisation and customer journey analysis
Content coordination & creation
- Coordinate with editorial teams to plan and publish multilingual content
- Ensure alignment with brand tone, audience interests and analytics insights
- Write and edit digital-first content: articles, newsletters, social copy, landing pages
- Guide the production of visual and multimedia content (stories, reels, videos)
- Manage publication calendars and ensure cross-channel consistency
Digital marketing & monetisation
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Create landing pages and optimise for conversions and audience retention
- Implement retargeting strategies and test monetisation models for editorial content
- Work with commercial teams and partners on content strategies and campaign delivery
Cross-team collaboration & brand support
- Act as digital lead between editorial, marketing and design teams
- Share best practices and provide content performance guidance
- Liaise with partners and clients to define digital strategies and present results
- Support brand positioning through smart digital storytelling and segmentation
Your profile
Skills & qualifications
- Degree in digital marketing, journalism, communication or a related field
- Deep understanding of WordPress (site structure, plugins, limitations, CMS)
- Proficient in web analytics tools and performance measurement
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, SEO, digital marketing and campaign coordination
- Excellent writing and editing skills; strong portfolio of digital work
- Confident with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or CapCut
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, segmentation and monetisation strategies
Languages
- Professional command of French, German and English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in at least two; working ability in the third is essential
- Luxembourgish is a considerable asset
- Strong communication and writing skills across languages
