The Opportunity

We create elegant content celebrating the finest in gastronomy, design, and refined living across print and digital channels. Our media platforms connect premium brands with engaged audiences in Luxembourg.

We're looking for a Media Sales Executive with proven experience to focus specifically on NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION for our premium media platforms. While our existing client portfolio is already well-managed, we need a hunter who excels at identifying and converting new business opportunities in the luxury, lifestyle, and gastronomy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus primarily on acquiring NEW clients across Luxembourg's premium market sectors
  • Meet ambitious quarterly and monthly KPIs for new qualified prospects, meetings, and client acquisitions
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for new business development
  • Expand our client base by targeting untapped market segments and potential advertisers
  • Adapt your approach to connect with both traditional businesses and innovative startups
  • Build compelling advertising proposals that address specific client objectives
  • Provide strategic advice to ensure new client satisfaction and long-term potential
  • Work with our editorial and design teams to ensure flawless campaign execution

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in sales, preferably in media or advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's business landscape and a network of local contacts
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand client needs
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is essential, plus either German or Luxembourgish - your ability to communicate effectively across languages is a cornerstone of this role
  • Valid driver's license
  • EU citizenship or valid Luxembourg work permit
